PAYMENT

To confirm your tour, a deposit is required. Your booking will be guaranteed only once the deposit has been received. Please email me to check availability.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

In the event that the tour is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that tour itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances related to travel and outdoor photography. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may also require you to cancel your booking. Should you wish to do so, please advise by sending an email.

PRICING

Aiste Photography reserves the right to adjust the tour fee if there are increases in costs such as transportation, fuel, and accommodation. Such price increases will not be grounds for a refund of fees already paid, except as outlined in the cancellation policy. All fees and amounts are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Aiste Photography tours are designed for individuals of all ages who are in good health and have moderate fitness levels. While activities are generally not strenuous, some tours may include hikes on wilderness trails, such as alpine regions, which can involve uphill walks and uneven terrain. If you have any concerns about your abilities or fitness for a specific tour, please contact me to discuss these before booking. You must disclose any medical or physical conditions that could pose a risk to yourself or other participants. Please bring appropriate clothing for early morning or evening shoots, which may be chilly, as well as sturdy footwear, a hat, sunscreen, and, of course, your camera.

PARTICIPANT PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos of participants may be taken during tours and occasionally posted on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or our Google Business page for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos published, please inform us in writing via email to ensure they are not displayed.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain personal travel insurance, as no personal or life insurance is included in the tour fees. Insurance for cameras and equipment is the individual’s responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITY 

Aiste Photography’s responsibility is strictly limited. As a tour operator, Aiste Photography organises, promotes, and sells itineraries that may include third-party travel services such as land, air, and water transportation, as well as accommodations, which are procured from various suppliers. Aiste Photography does not own or operate these suppliers, and they are not agents or employees of Aiste Photography. Therefore, Aiste Photography is not liable for any negligent or intentional acts or omissions of any supplier or third party. By using the travel services of these suppliers, you agree to hold the suppliers accountable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or your companions, and acknowledge that Aiste Photography will not be held liable.
Aiste Photography cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to, but not limited to, delays or changes in transportation services, weather, illness, injury, pandemics, or other causes. Participants will bear sole responsibility for such losses or expenses. If weather conditions or natural forces limit or prevent trip activities, Aiste Photography reserves the right to alter the trip itinerary and offer alternative activities.

LIABILITY LIMITATION STATEMENT

Aiste Photography is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Nevertheless, as there is inherent risk associated with outdoor activities and travel, we accept no responsibility or liability for injury, death, illness, losses, or additional expenses related to tour participation. However, Aiste Photography remains subject to all applicable New Zealand laws.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

 We respect your privacy and assure you that the information provided by participants will not be released to any third parties. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email. By booking with Aiste Photography, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each participant must sign a release of liability form prior to the commencement of the tour. Without a signed release form, participation will be declined, and no tour fee refund will be issued.
